Dorothy is a partner of the firm. Dorothy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the legal, regulatory, policy and transactional aspects of energy, resources, infrastructure and foreign direct investment (FDI). She also advises on project financing, Public Private Partnerships as well as the structuring and development of infrastructure projects and the Investment law environment for various investments.

She has been exposed to various assignments in the banking and finance, energy and extractives sectors, corporate restructuring for stressed businesses and advising foreign investors on the legal and regulatory landscape in Uganda in those sectors.

She is currently involved in the perfections of securities, performance of due diligence assignments, legal and compliance audits for various financial institutions retained by the Firm together with the Securities and Due Diligence team.

Dorothy has advised multinationals on aspects of the procurement law of Uganda.
