Angela is a Commercial Lawyer and an advocate of the Courts of Judicature. She   is a Partner and heads the corporate law and Arbitration department at Kiiza   and Kwanza Advocates.  A Ugandan   based   full   service corporate and commercial law firm.

Angela is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of UK. She has vast experience in settling corporate and commercial matters and   has been involved   in numerous domestic and   international arbitrations under the F (CIArb) arbitration frameworks.

Angela as a commercial lawyer with a wealth of experience spanning over 12 years in corporate law and insolvency, banking and finance, Insurance law, Employment and labour law represents and acts as legal advisor to several banks and financial institutions while participating in syndicated facilities, mortgages, debentures, debt collection and receiverships. These banks include Guarantee Trust Bank Limited (Formerly Fina Bank Limited), Orient Bank Uganda Limited, ABC Capital Bank Limited, Housing Finance Bank Limited, Bank of India, Bank of Africa Uganda Limited, KCB Bank Limited.

Angela is the lead team member for debt recovery for National Water & Sewerage Corporation, Bank of Africa Uganda Limited and ABC Capital Limited.

Angela also takes charge of the company secretarial work and sits on meetings of Board of Directors of companies for which the firm acts as company secretary. These include Elegance Finance Limited, Pamoja Credit Finance Limited and EFC Uganda Limited.
